Only a Minnestotan could do this. Let me lay out the whole oufit for you. Shortsleeve shirt,capris,flip flops and sunglasses. It was 32 degres. We think oh pull out the summer stuff but the south says get out the heavy coats fr 60 degrees. LOL. That was when there was a fresh blanket of snow.
